XL Axiata won The Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World APAC (Asia Pacific) in 2011. Contact Center World awards are given, a global association for the perpetrators of the field of contact center and networking

The jury gave the Silver Medal for Best Technology Innovation corporate category (In-house solution) upon presentation of the Best Technology Innovation hosted by Cut Noosy XL as the GM Customer Service, effective solutions to resolve customer complaints. The same medal achieved XL for individual categories of Best Contact Center Trainer in the name of Customer Service - Knowledge Management Manager XL, Donalfi, through presentations Trainer in the sky - Continues learning training solution for Customer Sevice.

The Top Ranking Performers in The Contact Center World is an annual global competition organized by Contact Center World, a global association for the perpetrators of the field of contact center and networking. In Asia Pacific this level of competition, XL competes with dozens of other participants from 14 countries including Indonesia itself, and other countries in Asia Pacific such as Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Fiji and Malaysia.

This award complements XL awards this year, also a series of awards for customer service units, namely, among others, the latter is the Golden Ring Award 2011 Best Customer Service, Service Quality Award 2011 and The Best Contact Center 2011.

In addition, CS XL is also the only customer service in Indonesia from around 100 Call Centers around the world who earned a certificate COPC-2000 (Customer Operations Performance Center) from COPC Inc.. domiciled in Australia.
